*Due to a backlog of about 5,000 orders we are currently turning orders around in 4-6 weeks. This time is shrinking (back to 4-5 day turn around) as we hire staff and expand. Sorry again for the delays and thank you for your patience and saving a life. 

How Long Do Orders Take To Be Shipped?

Please allow 5-7 days for your pet's photo to be designed (we do this by hand) and made into a 1-of-1 digital art piece. Then another 4-6 business days for your artwork to be printed onto the product and prepared for shipment. This is custom artwork, done by hand and made to order so please bear with us. Shipping also depends on the method/type you pick. We offer first class mail which is 5-7 days, and Priority is 3-5 days. You can expect 2-4 weeks from the time you order to the time you receive your 1-of-1 product. 

When we are running through delays or a backlog that time could extend. We are trying our best to keep up with orders, training new staff to make these delays less likely. Any orders over 6+ weeks old that we might of missed - we'll fully refund and cancel the order - or refund shipping and re-print. Thank you again for your patience and saving a life.

Priority Mail Doesn't Expedite The Order Process

Selecting the priority mail option only effects the turn around of the item *after* it's completed. The shipping time for priority mail is usually 2-3 days depending on your location and when your order was placed. We don't offer "quicker" shipping or turn around. Shipping costs/selections again are after the product is completed. 

Do you sell in stores? How about on marketplaces like Amazon or Etsy?

There is nothing else like Print Your Pet™ and the only place to get our premium products is on this official website. We do not sell anywhere else and are aware there are some low-quality knockoff brands trying to trick our customers.

I need to cancel my order or make a change. How do I?

Please remember that these are handcrafted, customized, premium products. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, since we cannot resell products that have your pet(s) printed on them. We have thousands of 5-star happy reviews and the lowest complaint rate in our industry. We stand by our product and if something goes wrong with your order, we will do everything we can to rectify it.

How do I Know If My Photo Will Work?

Typically if you are using a photo from your iPhone or Android device and upload it on the product page it should in theory be ok to use. We do run into some issues with the photo if it's a bad angle, grainy, blurry or an unusable photo. The good news is we will reach out to you and let you know if we can't use the graphic or require you to send in another one. Dark Fur, and Dark Color backgrounds effect quality of the product

All of our items are printed with DTG (direct to garment) so your background color is the base layer that is printed first before your pet's artwork. Choosing a black background and a dark brown, grey, black dog will effect how visible the artwork is. Our suggestion is leaving a note on the order for us to double check, or choose a light background if you have a darker colored animal.

Can I Use More Than One Pet in a Photo I upload?

In order to get the high quality art for the shirts we can't have more than one pet per t-shirt. All of our art is custom and made to order so while we love family photos we really want the chance to show our best work.

What if I don't like my custom artwork?

Our goal is to make all of our customers LOVE our one of a kind art work - but just in case you have any issues with the design you can always contact us and we will refund your order. We want to completely satisfy our customers so just reach out if you have any issues!

Do You Ship Internationally? 

Yes we do - all shipping will be calculated on the check out page along with the weight of each item. Please make sure you select the right country and enter in all the correct information and our package will make it out to you! All over the world!

Can I get a refund if I don't want it?

Because each product is made-to-order, we're not able to return / refund if you decide you're not happy with their design, once delivered. However - we will fully refund the order if you cancel before the item is completed in production or shipped.
